Our Story

A room that
breathes with you

Vizou opened on Westheimer Road with a simple conviction: the best hospitality feels unforced. Mornings belong to pour-overs and fresh pastries. Evenings belong to mezcal and quiet conversation. The space stays the same — it's the light that changes.

We source single-origin beans from small roasters and build our cocktail menu around ingredients we can trace back to the person who grew them. Nothing is rushed here. That's the point.
